When is the application deadline?

At least one month before the start of classes. However, we greatly encourage you to begin the process at least six months in advance, for immigration purposes and language test results.

Above and beyond academic records and language test results, at Epitech we are looking for driven and committed students whose main passion is IT. Motivation is crucial to the Admission Committee.

Epitech’s emphasis on practical training and work solutions which the students can plug into the workplace from the moment they start their professional work lives is impressive. When do classes start?

Undergraduate students
• 1^st year: beginning of October
• 2^nd year: beginning of October
• 3^rd year: beginning of September

Graduate students
• 4^th year: beginning of November
• 5^th year: beginning of September

School fees

How much does it cost to attend Epitech?

Tuitions fees depend on your level. For more information, please ask the International Office staff at international-relations@epitech.net.

What are the payment procedures?

Epitech offers three payment options:

• Option 1: you pay all at once
• Option 2: you pay in 3 installments
• Option 3: you pay in 10 installments

How do I pay my tuition fees?

You need to complete an international money transfer. Please ask the International Office staff at international-relations@epitech.eu for the bank identification number.

For all international students

You should submit your online application at least one month before the beginning of your classes:
• 1. Application form (online)
• 2. Personal statement (online)
• 3. Pledge (online)
• 4. Certified/Official Transcripts and their official translation (to be scanned)
• 5. Two letters of recommendation from a teacher (to be scanned)
• 6. One letter of recommendation from an employer (when applicable) (to be scanned)
